Dr. Jensen is licensed in all 50 States.
To become a patient, download the Direct Health app. It is HIPAA-compliant and allows for both audio/video appointments and 24/7 messaging. Dr. Jensen has moved to serving patients primarily through this telemedicine platform. You can message him directly for appointments through the app. Dr. Jensen can prescribe supplements/medicine and order labs for you remotely.
New patients must create a Direct Health account (see next question for more detailed instructions) and send Dr. Jensen an initial message including the following important information:
– reason for visit
– bodyweight and height
– medical history (past treatments/diagnoses in either a hospital or doctor’s office)
– allergies
– current conditions/illnesses
– current medications/supplements
– COVID test results and symptoms (if applicable)

We now accept most insurances and traditional medicare except Humana. These are mostly PPO health insurance plans (Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, etc.). We also take MercyCare in AZ.

If you would like to pay for your Direct Health visit with insurance, send a picture/photocopy of your health insurance card to Josie after you have joined Direct Health and contacted Dr. Jensen through the app.
Dr. Jensen’s rates begin at $117 for a single-person consult and $197 for more than one person (family rate). However, the consult rate may vary depending on the complexity of you or your family’s needs. You can pay via credit card through the Direct Health App or through your health insurance.

Depending on patient volume at a given time, it may take between 24-48 hours to receive a response from Dr. Jensen through the Direct Health App. Be sure to OPT IN to text notifications or TURN ON push notifications in the Direct Health app, and check your inbox in case you have missed a message from Dr. Jensen. If you choose to call/text or leave a message through the website or email for our office manager Josie (928-224-4270 Email), she will do his best to respond to your questions and concerns within 3-5 business days.
